It had a great location

The ac didn’t work well and the fire alarm went off twice

Room had ants

No carpet, cleanliness

Outside the hotel was not as clean.

The room was exceptionally clean and the temperature was nice and cool when we went inside, which was great because it was scorching hot outside! The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The bed was very comfortable the sheets were nice and clean and smelled great. The TV was huge and easy to work and even had a check out feature on it! I will definitely be staying again if I come back to Fayetteville.

There's honestly nothing bad I can say about this hotel.

The place was pleasant - safe, clean, new and great location, not far from grocery store and restaurants.

The pond next door needs a bit of care.

No dim light for the main room

The whole concept of the Avid Hotel is great. The location is great. A few little tweaks and it will be awesome.

The bathroom shower could have been cleaned better. The staff was not at the front desk when I needed something. When she showed up she came in from outside, so I don't know if she was taking a smoke break or what. Need healthier breakfast options--too many processed foods. We got water out of the dispenser, and it was awful. Maybe it needs maintenance?!

I had a few issues with the tv. I was trying to connect it to my laptop with an hdmi so I could use netflix but it would stretch the screen after a few minutes of being connected. It would have been nice if it had all the streaming services on the tv so I could just sign in.

We did not eat breakfast because we had to leave early. The location was great.

We liked everything. No complaints.
