Pros +
- Everything was terrific. Location is just a short walk from downtown, yet it was quiet & peaceful. Room was quaint, clean & comfy. Early 20th century decor adds to the ambience. Ladies at the desk were very friendly. Convenient parking. Awesome place.
- Location, charm, they had everything we could have needed, price.
- The hotel is located close to everything. The staff provided excellent service, the room was clean, and quaint.
Cons -
- We. Old hear noise from other rooms and the road.
- It was very warm in general in July in Arkansas, so if you need to have a blasting A/C unit all night long to keep you cool, this may not be for you. They do their best to keep things cool in your room with a window unit and ceiling fan, but it was warm.
- I wanted a full juccuzi but it was awsome still.

The owner is very friendly, warm and welcoming. The food that they served at the breakfast they include with your stay was outstanding! All homemade! The place itself is very charming, and yes, a little bit funky, but in a good way!

We were very happy with the room. The self check in was great. We were able to go straight to our room. The air conditioner was already on and the room was very clean and inviting. The whirlpool tub was awesome.

Nice Bed & Breakfast. Clean room with a good location. The wrap around porch was a great place to relax with some wine or morning coffee....or morning wine. Very nice walk to town, close to the springs.
Shower was a bit compact.....nice hot water though!
