Pool was out of action. No breakfast even though advertised due to building work (Inwas told). Light bulbs missing. Hairdryer broken. Very disappointed!

Found several house roaches coming from behind the desk and refrigerator. When we called the front desk to complain I was put on the phone with the manager and pretty much told we had to of brought them with us because they exterminate monthly.

The attendant at checkin was friendly and helpful.

One curtain panel was hanging on only one hook and was not operational. There were two sets of thick curtains but it just made it look bad. There were also two black latex gloves on the windowsill.

We absolutely loved every aspect of our stay here! The staff were wonderful - very kind and accommodating. Pet-friendly, quiet, spotlessly clean room, free hot breakfast, and gorgeous hillside view. We will definitely be back!

All of the employees were really nice and the owner was very personable. He seems to care about his customers and offers ideas of things to do/ see.

Coffee pot in the room. Definitely not a deal breaker, though. We drink a lot of coffee. Oh, and the pool was closed.

The advertised amenities were not available. The pool was closed, the breakfast consisted of a to go bag with a tangerine, mini muffin a granola bar and a juice box. The front desk clerk was only available by ringing a doorbell and waiting. Disappointing

Everything was very nice & clean. Staff were always friendly and helpful. Very happy with our stay.

The only thing I was disappointed with, was I had booked 4 nights then wanted to book 2 more night's, but the price was over $20 MORE a night. So that was very disappointing.

Very clean during the covid times. The hotel was close to different things. Beautiful views

No breakfast

It was a place to lay our heads down and sleep for one night and take a shower.

The room we were in needs totally updated. The main chair was in poor condition. Hotel was advertised as having a complementary hot breakfast which they didn't have and neglected to tell us. No free WiFi! Had to park far from our room.

IT WAS CONVENIENT, QUIET, PRIVATE, CLEAN AND THE STAFF WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND EFFICIENT. IT ACTUALLY EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS FOR THAT PRICE. THANK YOU! HOPE TO USE YOUR SERVICE AGAIN SOON!

We were expecting some type of breakfast as the website indicated but when we arrived we were told that only coffee in our rooms was available

Very clean quiet rooms with handicapped access at no extra expense. The young man at the front desk was extremely polite and welcoming. The beds were very comfortable and the shower was big and was totally accessible for a person with disabilities.

It was clean.. Good location

Nothing impressive. Needs refurbishment. Advertised free breakfast, but no breakfast.

The room was clean and located on the ground floor. We were given a handicap room. With our arthritis that was great

The breakfast was pretty bad, the eggs tasted weird. The waffle batter was too thin to where only a shell formed in the baker. Pretty minimal offering compared to other Best Westerns. Needless to say,I didn't leave a tip on their tip jar.

No water pressure, pillows to small, no hair dryer in room. Need extra blankets in the rooms.

Very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good.

Was not able to access MSNBC on the TV, but that may have been my fault!
