Hotel still under renovations however rooms that were rented could of been a little better. Toilet didn't flush good and floor was not vacuumed good

Yes, it was under construction I don¿t remember seeing that when I booked it so that could¿ve been a heads up. It was more expensive than the Hampton in Marion by about $60 that was not under construction. Selma is a very depressed area and this Hampto

Staff was friendly and the room was very clean.

This hotel was very simple, not the usual Hampton Inn.

The location

The water pressure in the shower and toilet is not good at all. You might be a to get 5 minutes before the pressure decreases. We had to use a cup to put water in the back of the toilet in order to flush it. Not good at all

The bed linen wasn't clean. It had a horrible odor to it. I packed up and left.

That there was a room available because I was arriving at 12:30 that night

The hotel room was 306 and had very bad air quality, the floor was not clean and the bed linen had an awful scent. The bathroom mirror had lint on it. But after being told there was only 2 housekeepers for the entire hotel, This is it was bad!!!

It was nice and clean .

I did not like the fact we call ahead to make sure our room was ready and was told yes then when we got their we had to wait over two hours just to check in.. they didnt even offer any discount.

this hotel has potential to be outstanding with better training of staff. the cleaning staff was very unprofessional me and other family members heard them berating a customer cleanliness of they're room that they had to clean they then negle

AC unit was noisy, shower did not work, not enough parking lot lighting. Kids running up and down the hallway, inside elevator was wet from the kids in and out of the pool.

Friendliness front desk clerk. The room was very clean and the breakfast was excellent!

TV (not interested in buying show/movies). Needs more regular stations.

Our room was very clean and nice quite.

The pillows could be a little more firm.
