- I was pleased with the friendly ladies behind the counter. They were very helpful and fun. I could tell they enjoyed their job. The hotel was clean and our room was the same. We had a king size bed in a spacious room. Our stay was very comfortable
- 75 yr olds could not check into rooms upon arrival at check in who areattending a wedding and we were told to get dressed in the hotel lobby bathrooms... With multiple people. No expressions for sorry, or any reqrets... Staff was rude and unprofessiona

They accused me of smoking in my room which I did not. And they took $250 from my account and didnââ¬â¢t tell me and when confronted they were belligerent and hung up on me. I have it recorded and I am ready to release to prove how ignorant these people are

It was very difficult to get to. It was hidden behind Home Depot. The only access being through the Home Depot parking lot.

There was no sign and it was difficult to find driveway in. Driveway located near rear of Home Depot lot. Small sign not lit on Home Depot pole.

Cleanliness
The entrance to the hotel is extremely hard to find. You can see the hotel from the road but like a maze to get to it especially in the dark.
We enjoyed the cookies & coffee that was provided. Also, the good breakfast.
It was a little tricky in finding the correct road to the hotel.
The hotel was clean and comfortable. It had just enough amenities.The free breakfast was actually quite good: waffles, bagels, toast, scrambled and hard-boiled eggs, cereal, coffee and tea.The front desk staff was friendly and accommodating.
The breakfast room lady made a rude comment to my girlfriend for no reason. I believe she didn't like it because my girlfriend is trim and attractive, and she was not...
