Nothing. There were roaches in our room. There were holes in the wall and there shower was dirty!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The room was disgusting.

Staff very interactive, helpful, tentative, except for one.

1. one housekeeping staff put the do not disturb sign on our door to keep from cleaning it. 😒 2. A housekeeping staff purposely lied that he did not speak or understood English, but actually did. 3. Seen 3 roaches second day there.

Everything. Beds were wet from the moisture build up in the room . Smelled of mildew and mold. They had a dehumidifier but it needed the bowl to be emptied and the filter changed. Had children asking for change. Nobody was watching their kids.

It smelled like mildew. Our room flooded an they said oh we know it floods an didn?t care at all that our stuff got soaking wet while on vacation. Horrible experience this is the worst I?ve ever stayed at. I would not recommend to anyone

1st room was full of roaches got moved to a second room which was better but still not clean. Looked like there was blood (maybe ketchup) on bedspread. Walls and ceilings dirty. Really bad

The breakfast, which was nothing to talk about, but it was about the only decent thing there. Oh, and the bugs were friendly.

Mold, mildew, smell, TV didn't work, people up all hours of the night talking/laughing.

Close to shopping and had a comfortable bed

Room was overpriced for what I received, I got the jacuzzi sweet for two nights and the jacuzzi had a crack in it the stopper was broken the light and fan above it was broken. Jacuzzi didn't drain properly cause paint had been poured down drain

Room smelled really bad and there bugs in the drawer of the entertainment center. Bathroom light flickered and there was a hole punched in the wall. Mirror had black snowflake shapes all over it and looked liked something out of a horror movie

dehumidifier was full said empty & we had to do it water already leaking out registered 4 people 2 sets of towels, toiletries were used & left not replaced gross black hairs on bathroom floors & non carpet floor not cleaned late ck in no help from manager

The representative was very professional

The overall of room, was filthy,beds dirty,towels with a lot of dirt and spots!! Just pathetic

Requested a smoke free room, room stank like smoke, was filthy, especially bathroom and shower. Definitely not a 2.5 star as advertised by any means. Just glad I was only there one night, will never book there again.

Loud party with drinking and loud music. Packed up and found another motel.

This hotel is perfect the location of this hotel is perfect right in the middle of town literally some of the staff were friendly and became like family because I stayed there for so many days although they didn't speak very good English we had some laugh

I probably will never stay at this hotel again it was very dirty the plumbing was no good my tub and toilet clogged and flooded my nightstand part of the headboard fell off the wall there was Mouse poop in my bed I had the whirlpool room but did not even

Location

This was by far the filthiest hotel I¿ve ever stayed in. Dirt on the floor. The faucet was so filthy, I used a wipe to clean it and my wipe was filthy. There were cobwebs and dirt on bathroom floor. Dead bugs in tub. Mattress leaning up outside a room.

Mold innthe room texture falling off the ceiling above bed and a dehumidifier filled all the way to the top just overall bad experience almost feel like I should ask for a refund

Price was right on.

The floor was dirty. There was a roach on the floor right from the beginning. During the night there was a beeping noise that went on from 3am until 4 am. Never slept after that. Pool was cloudy so no swimming for us. Bed was great.

The location is convenient

The location was near most activities we enjoy.

In need of major renovations. The toilet paper holder fell off the wall. The hair dryer did not work. The iron had something melted on the ironing surface. The couch was stained, dirty and worn. The top dresser drawer was very hard to slide in.

Bugs in room, spent nine out of ten paid nights, room never cleaned, emptied waste trash, received own towels, wash clothes, ice machine inoperative second floor, received ice on first floor, exterior steps and hallway covered with dirt mud and cigarette
