For well over $--- per night, this Hotel is wet overpriced, dirty floors, understaffed, inoperative TV, shower dispensers empty. We'll look elsewhere.

The location is all.

Almost everything, we've stayed here many times and doubt we'll return. TV didn't work, front desk person was too busy to repair it, carpets in the rooms need cleaning, shower heads are clogged. This Hotel for the extremely high room price is horrible.

I was very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful.

The rooms are large and very nice

The system was down for hours and we could not check in. The hotel was not accommodating and we had to drive around town for hours to kill time for systems to come back up.

Friendly helpful staff cleaned upon request so you could sleep in after a night of chasing the northern lights

Need an ATM and since most fast food is drive through only maybe a cold cut lunch option.

It had a room available. The continental breakfast was okay.

The hotel was filthy and unpleasant. The pool was nasty. The bed was saggy and the carpet was stained and frayed. It was gross and I itched afterwards. There were homeless people panhandling in the parking lot and Christian do-gooders praying over the

The hot tub did not work. The breakfast was a joke. Either out of it or it didn't work.

Had to have the staff come up and clean the room when I checked in. We also paid almost $--- for the ONE night thinking we would get to kick back and sit in the hot tub. Nope. At check in we were told it was closed for renovations.

I traveled with another woman and requested a two queen room. Upon arrival, I was notified that we¿d been moved to a king and could have a rollaway bed. This was unacceptable! The pool was not working and breakfast was poor.

It was close to where I wanted to stay.

I didn't like that I cleanliness was paramount, however, there was a granola bar under the bed that was clearly visible in the mirror's reflection.

Very friendly staff, specially this lady that helped me when i accidently drop my keys down the elevator, got them back before check out time the same day.

The room we had was beautifully remodeled.

i would have liked to know they were in the middle of remodeling,everything was dusty and a mess. We also had some people that were across the hall that were fighting at 4 am. I would have liked to been compensated for part of our stay.

This hotel is so new and very clean. The ppol and hottub were even so clear you could see to the bottom of the hottub. The breakfast options were amazing, they even have organic fruit smoothies. The lobby has free lemon/blueberry water all day, and cookie

There was nothing that was not to our perfect satisfaction.

The hotel staff were extremely helpful, informative & friendly. Especially Hotel Employee who was very accommodating and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The place was extremely clean & tidy. We couldn't have asked for a better stay.Thank you!

Great hotel- friendly staff and the pool was just right for a nice little get away. Also- everyone loved the continental breakfast that was provided, too!
