All was ( Great - Good )

Got charged for room and when checking for room got an error. Ended up with two rooms and no way to get reimbursed.

Nothing really

The room didn¿t even have a shower curtain they say the have breakfast but it is nothing but some granola bars, muffins that you can buy from the store I don¿t know why they advertise breakfast because that is not breakfast and their pool is shut down

Close CB to the airport

My neighbor had a dog that was barking loud and there was a lot of dog hair and a funky dog smell outside of his room.

It was a place to sleep.

All adults need ID to stay here. never heard of this before. Lobby clerk was clearly racist.

Nice room, very clean. Courteous staff.

Under construction (No noise). Had to wait 45 min to check in due to a bus full of people checking in.

Walking distance to grocery store

Pool has been inoperable for months and was under a major renovation. Was told I did not have a room assignment even though I booked 3 days ahead and was moved to back of long line of guests.

The front desk clerk. Roberta. So was embarrassed, apologetic and helpful.

Our first room was not cleaned.Bed was slept in.Garbage in can. 2ND room, same as first. 3rd room.Locked from the inside.4th room, not cleaned great but we were tired. Hot tub and pool not working. No breakfast as described. Took 2+ hrs to get a room.

It was clean

Staff is rude. Got there an hour early hoping I can store my 3 luggages bc I couldn't check in early but however I called the day before and spoke to them and they said it wasn't an issue checking in early. Had to call a second Uber.

The best part of staying here was the staff. The General Manager was supportive and kind to me. The Assistant GM was wonderful about accommodating regarding my requests. The Guest Service Representative greeted me with a smile every day

No the The staff was rude and they did not want to help me with anything I had questions for. They charged me for a night that I didn't even stay there and would not refund my money. Terrible place do NOT stay there!!!!

The hotel was dirty and upon contacting front desk the lady said cleaning staff are not available and no other rooms are available. Took pictures and showed her then she mentioned I should talk to the manager and next day manager never showed up

I do not recommend the hotel, hallways are smelling bad, found nails and hair in the rooms. No maintenence at all

The best thing was the manager. She was very helpful.

The room smelled like urine. No soap in bathroom. Cable tv was intermittent and the staff semi unhelpful. Phone worked intermittently. Broken furniture. Some lights not working. Pool was shut. Laundry not working. Wifi too complicated to use. No info book

It was quiet

My TV had some issues. They were also doing some remodeling and the pool was closed.

Nothing I really liked I enjoyed the floor the table the bathtub the bed but fell on the floor again

The police lots of police stay there not comfortable just saying

Location was good and good lighting which was necessary with all that was going on. Room was warm

No coffee available ever. No quarters for laundry ever. Dirty towel in room when we arrived and toilet didn¿t work. Staff routinely not wearing masks. Tweakers living in cars in parking lot made leaving our car parked overnight sketchy at best.

The lobby was clean

Housekeeping did a pretty bad job, there was food in the fridge, hair on the bathroom floor and hair all over the sheets on both beds.

Cold room inexperienced staff too expensive Luke warm shower
