It was clean both outside and in the room. I hate bedspreads and blankets that are used over and over without cleaning. The staff was nice. I left my pillow and was able to pick it up several days later.

The elevator didn't work there were bugs and I had to change rooms housekeeping was in my room while I was at breakfast I have a lung condition where I need a transplant and was told to cancel my hotel since the elevator wasn't working
