I liked that it was affordable and the location was near downtown. I also appreciated the homeyness of the room.
The hallway felt a little oppressive because of the heat so maybe it needed some ventilation.

The beds were awful. There were roaches in the bathroom, and the tub was dirty.

location was good, easy checkin and checkout, and the size of the room was decent.
The hotel was really old, it was smelling old, the lighting was kind of dark.

The location was perfect as I had to meet clients for business in different surrounding areas. Staff was pleasant and the amenities, although not used, appeared very clean and nicely laid out. I liked that my room had a mini kitchen and refrigerator/freezer which I did not use either but a definitely a bonus for anyone else. Will definitely consider Mainstay Suites for my next business trip.

I didn't take advantage of the free continental breakfast. The location is great!

Location is good. Staff were good. Bed was comfortable.
No breakfast. Kitchen too small. No good food options nearby.

easy to find plenty of free parking
the rooms were not completely clean, the staff does not pick up phone, the shower would not turn off

the room smelled musty, the blanket had a black stain, there was a small roach in the bathroom and they desk clerk seemed bothered when I asked her for 2 extra towels and linens for the sofa sleeper

Great location and helpful, friendly staff. Rooms are amazing and well suited for longer stays. Very accommodating with reservation changes and late night check in.
The breakfast options were very limited. Waffles and oatmeal are not much choice. There was no juice, milk, fruit, cereal, eggs. We were disappointed that it wasn't much and had to pay for breakfast as we didn't bring breakfast foods.
