Cons -
- Multiple vehicles broken into. One parked in first spot by the door inside fenced parking lot. Very little help or input from hotel staff.
- booked a two week stay, facility changed my booking w/o my knowledge, charged me for only one week, then forced me to pay daily. Complained to management on 2/12, I was forced to leave w/ my 6 y/o w/ nowhere to go
- Manager was rude and did not care about our concerns. We were misinformed of the rate by a front desk and the manager charged my other card without my permission. The rooms were dirty, there were roaches in the bathroom and the room. Sheets nasty as well.
