My room temperature would not adjust. It stayed at 73 regardless of the settings. There was no ice machine on my floor. The hotel was not full; why would you put a guest on a floor without ice? The lamp was broken.

The pool was small Handicap accessible bathroom shower has no barrier so every show left the bathroom floor extremely wet which could have resulted in a fall

My room temperature would not adjust. It stayed at 73 regardless of the settings. There was no ice machine on my floor. The hotel was not full; why would you put a guest on a floor without ice? The lamp was broken.

The bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning cooled the room down quickly.

Staff was rude, they pulled $150 for the incidental and charged it as it has not been refunded when there was no damage to the room and there?s video of the room being left in great condition.
