Located just off Interstate 465, this hotel is 20 minutes’ drive north of the Indianapolis city center. It offers a terrace with water views, an indoor pool, and free WiFi. Pros +

Room was beautiful, staff was great and handled issues promptly.
The customer service was excellent and the rooms were modern/very clean
Very clean, location was great, and hotel amenities available.

Cons -

Pool was very dirty. Couldn't go to the resturant/bar due to conferences going on. Most of the issues were outside of the hotel's control. Overall, wasn't worth the price.
The only negative would be not enough ice die to baseball teams cleaning out the ice machines. That wasnÂ¿t the hotelÂ¿s fault.
Parking was a little far away but the hotel was huge and super crowded so all the closest spots were full. I could see that being an issue for anyone who has trouble walking far distances.

The view from our room of the water was gorgeous. The room was tastefully decorated - not boring and not gaudy. The beds were super comfortable. The bathroom was like a spa. Everything was very clean. And the room was super quiet.
