The staff were really nice. The location was convenient, close to Fishers and Castleton. The hotel concept was nice - space to cook (if you bring your own everything to use in the kitchen) and a big (but smelly) refrigerator.

Cons -

Blood/Other fluid stains all over the bed. All the cabinet drawers were open. AC Unit was disassembled. Standing water in the sink. No sheets/pillows/blankets/towels. Mattress was on a metal spring frame like we were camping.

The hotel has very thin walls; I could even hear people sneeze in the next room. It looked and smelled like the sheets on my bed had not been changed before I arrived with 1 inch long black hairs on and in the sheets. No one cleaned the room in 6 days.
