I was asleep and someone came into my room. Spilled a drink I had put in the fridge and dumped it on the floor. Never apologized or tried to replace it. Had bought 5 minutes before I checked in. Complained to the front desk girl. Never heard back from any

Hotel employee at front desk was RUDE and completely out of line in how she spoke to my 13 year old daughter. If you have an issue, take it up with the parent - not the child.

The pool was small Handicap accessible bathroom shower has no barrier so every show left the bathroom floor extremely wet which could have resulted in a fall

My room temperature would not adjust. It stayed at 73 regardless of the settings. There was no ice machine on my floor. The hotel was not full; why would you put a guest on a floor without ice? The lamp was broken.

Have stayed here several times and have enjoyed each stay. Excellent breakfast.

This hotel had the worst smells throughout the entire building. From mothball smells in the lobby, overly bearing air fresheners to cover up other smells in the hallways to cigarette smoke smells in the rooms. Very dirty.

Hotel was clean and up to date and breakfast was very good. I especially loved the waffles. I had not stayed in a Best Western for 20+ years because I thought they were going down hill, but this Best Western was extremely nice! I was extremely pleased.
