- The room was disgusting. There was hair all over the bathroom wall, there was mold and white stuff on the linens, brown stains on the towels, the room had a musty smell and there wasn?t enough toiletries for my family.
- It was like stepping back into the 70s. The water in the shower was lukewarm at best.
