Customer service , not clean , elevators are run down

I understand it was a holiday weekend, however to check into your hotel I waited in line for an hour and a half. bally?s did not have enough staff. I then decided to check in at the kiosk to find out. I had to get back in line and wait and wait and wait.

When I booked for a room, I was told that I was getting a renovated room, this didn't take place, instead, I was given an old room, the smell of smoke which indicated a non smoking floor. The staff at the front desk was very short and not helpful

From the start the clerk/owner was do rude, if it were not for money being non-refundable, I would not stayed another minute. Once in the room it had the oddest smells, even though I chose a non-smoking room it reeked of it plus smell of mildew. Close it

I always enjoy my stay, starting with the warm greetings from hotel employee and Destiny through the clean, quiet, and safe atmosphere. Because the motel is just over the bridge to Ocean City, driving to and from the beach and boardwalk takes little time or effort.

It didnÂ¿t take long to get warm water in the shower. ThatÂ¿s a pet peeve of mine at beach hotels

Pleasantly surprised, the room was clean and the staff were outstanding! Hotel employees were excellent!
