- The receptionist was great I ask questions she helped
- Heat was awesome but the shower head was horrible the water was not strong enough and bathroom door couldn't close all the way

- In the 4 days I was there my room was not cleaned and my room was not cleaned properly because it was hair on my sink and I seen a roach I went in another room it was better than my room I meet them at the hotel .
- Bathroom door wouldn't shut shower head was old rusty not strong enough
- Room was dirty, one person had to sleep on the floor because they were unable to accommodate everyone we made reservations for, it was a process to get extra linens, towels were dirty, burn marks on curtains, furniture and blankets, pool green.
