Located alongside the shops and entertainment venues on the downtown Atlantic City boardwalk, this beachfront resort and casino offers a full-service spa, a salon, a nightclub and 30 restaurants. Indoor and outdoor swimming pools are also located on site. Rooms are offered in 5 towers. Guests can enjoy the casino or have a drink at the outdoor pool-side bar. Seasonal beach service and a fitness center are also available at the resort. The Tropicana Resort has an IMAX movie theater and live entertainment on weekends. Atlantic City Convention Center is 5 minutes' drive from the resort.

Cons -
- I had a disgusting room which was not the picture i saw when booking. The bathroom was outdated with mold. Furniture was dirty and old. Also someone went in my purse after i left the room. I got a credit alert my CC was used while the card was in my room
- It was very smoky
- I did not like staying in the Chelsea tower. It looked outdated the hallways had a terrible smell. The first room we were given had brown stains all over the drapes and tables. The south tower is a lot more clean.
