- The hotel was in chaos & not enough staff to support. I have stayed at Oceans many times & this was the worst service I ever received. Hours long wait to check in and room was not as clean as it should be. Hotel front desk staff was rude and not helpful
- No microwave in the room, $15 charge for parking, onsite restaurants and stores are ridiculously overpriced.
