No housekeeping in 7 days. We had to get towels and bathroom tissue at the front desk. The man that checked us in was rude, on more than one occasion. The pool was overcrowded so we never used it. The room was way smaller than what was shown online.

The owners/employees were very nice, the breakfast was better than what you usually get at hotels/motels where breakfast is included. The room was very clean, no carpet (which makes such a difference). You can even borrow bikes for free.

Great setting, large and comfortable room, ocean view as promised, charging station for phones, etc. Staff was very friendly and helpful in providing recommendations on things to do. One staff member even brought us hot chocolate on a cool evening!

It is located right on the water with beautiful views. The outdoor dining and entertainment was a huge plus. The restaurant onsite was amazing!

Indoor pool for wintertime visits. Close to the family homes between Yarmouth and Dennis. Always seems to be in close travel to wherever people were meeting or getting together.

Clean, staff very friendly.

The front desk clerk seemed to be the only employee of this hotel. She was warm and welcoming. She was literally the only positive part of this hotel experience.
