Pros +
- Excellent price, location, and breakfast with mimosas included.
- Location and friendly, knowledgeable staff. The complimentary cookies were a nice touch.
- Prime location next to Ocean Park, beach and bus stops. Close to center of Oak Bluffs. pros- Rooms in the main house are quite and come with a TV and refrigerator these rooms are a must.
Cons -
- Small rooms, outdated, not many TV channels
- The cheapest rooms are good and charming cons- No tv or refrigerator Rooms are very noisy (cheaper rooms only)
- I requested a ground-floor room because of mobility issues. I still had to climb 6 or 8 stairs to check in, then a slightly smaller flight to get to my room, then back in the morning to the larger flight for breakfast.
