The Riverview Resort is located on Cape Cod on the banks of Parker's River. It features an indoor pool and a hot tub, and a fitness center. Their studios and suites include HD cable TV, free WiFi, DVD players, kitchenettes and sleeper sofas. The property features views of the river from their back lawn area. Less than 2 mi from Yarmouth beaches, its modern suites are also just 5 minutes’ walk from restaurants and Pirates Cove Adventure Golf. The John F. Kennedy Hyannis Museum is 2.5 mi away and the beautiful Cape Cod National Seashore is 30 minutes' drive away.

- Rooms very nice.
- Location by the rivet
Cons -
- Pool and hot tub closes too early for us to enjoy.
- Blood stain on pillow . One pillow smelled like saliva .
- Everything was great.
