Located 1 mile from downtown Chatham, this motel is less than a five minute drive from Harding’s Beach. It features an outdoor pool and free Wi-Fi access. A refrigerator, coffee maker, and ironing facilities are included in every room at the Chatham Motel. The rooms also have a seating area and cable TV and are stocked with bath amenities. Free coffee is available every morning and there is also a beverage vending machine on site. Outdoors, guests can enjoy the shaded picnic area and children’s playground. The Chatham Lighthouse is 2.7 miles from Motel Chatham. Atwood House Museum is a 5-minute drive away.

very clean and good location. Typical old motel style with parking space outside the room.
cheap, great location, yet not a "cheap" place. Was perfect for the price. Clean, superthick walls so you can't hear your neighbors even if their kids are screaming and crying (or vice versa!). Perfect place to stay at affordable.
This is modestly priced (for Chatham) and allowed us to stay only one night, which was ideal since I was in town for a wedding. Checking in/out was super easy and quick, as well.

Cons -

Management refused to fix very loose shower temperature control, blaming it on old equipment.
