Holly Tree Resort features indoor and outdoor pools and a well-equipped gym. Just a 6-minute drive from Sea Gull Beach, it offers spacious studios with a fully equipped kitchenette. Each of the warm colored studios provides a DVD player. A sofa bed is also offered. The resort offers a DVD library and video arcade. There are basketball and racquetball courts along with a picnic area and charcoal grills. Holly Tree Resort is less than 1 mile from the Atlantic Ocean. It is within 3 miles of the JFK Museum, Nantucket ferry and Bayberry Hill Golf Course.

- The pool was warm loved the little kitchnette

Cons -
- Making cell calls was hard, no daily housekeeping
- No housekeeping in 7 days. We had to get towels and bathroom tissue at the front desk. The man that checked us in was rude, on more than one occasion. The pool was overcrowded so we never used it. The room was way smaller than what was shown online.
- The door had to much light coming in from the cracks. Room needs to be darker curtains and door
