New place all updated. Manager walking around personally helping folks, great! Park ramp with walkway. All can eat supper & breakfast. My favorite fitness gym type recreation room. To much security use card for every door including elevator.

The hotel in itself is very nice. Everyone I interacted with at the front desk was super friendly and helpful.The room was clean and very spacious. The pool was amazing being salt water with a slight current. I was just a bit disappointed that my key wouldn't open the pool area in the morning when I had planned to go for another swim.And the location is a bit of a way away from the airport with no public transport to get to the hotel. There is also not a lot to do around the area, but it was enough for a nice stroll and to get some food.

Very nice hotel. I just wish I would’ve been notified before I paid that the pool was out of service! Then the receptionist canceled my order and completely neglected to tell me that she had finished. So I stood there waiting for 10 mins until she followed up with what we were doing.
Great location with easy access to the highway, WSU, and downtown. Very comfortable and clean room, and good selections at breakfast.

It's a good Hotel. Staff was nice and helpful, the room was very big, maybe because I was in a special mobility room, but everything was clean, the bedroom was comfortable with good pillows and large workstation.
Location was great.
The ease of getting to the hotel from I35, the check-in staff were friendly and efficient, the room was large, the bed was exceptional, the sheets and pillows were awesome. The location was excellent. Next to excellent restaurants and the arena.

We had a very nice room with a lovely view of the lake. Beds were very comfy and I loved having an extra pillow. Great location for our needs. Didn’t have breakfast there, though. It was cheaper to go elsewhere. But if we had been in a time crunch we might have eaten there for convenience sake.
Location was great, right next to shopping and restaurants that we could walk to. Great for after a long day in the car. I also really liked the pillow options.

If you're hanging around the east side of Wichita, Tru is ideal. If you love a quick, simple breakfast, Tru is ideal and please try the yogurt machine! There is a Peloton bike in the gym, and you don't need to pack your clip-in shoes - amazing! The rooms are clean (in design and sanitation), the bathrooms are huge. And, indeed, you can bring your pup. Plenty of parking. Good elevators. Sits next to so many businesses. Food delivery is easy and secure. Black-out curtains. Good toiletries.I have stayed at this particular Tru by Hilton property 6-7 times over the past 5 years, and every visit, it just gets better and better.

This hotel was great! The room and hotel were beautiful. We really liked the water pressure in the shower and that there was a shower wand. The beds were actually comfortable, as compared to most hotels you go to. The staff was very friendly.

It's a good Hotel. Staff was nice and helpful, the room was very big, maybe because I was in a special mobility room, but everything was clean, the bedroom was comfortable with good pillows and large workstation.

I really like the location. Lots of eating places around the breakfast buffet is top-notch. Lots of little extras you don't see at other buffets. Robert is great, very personable, especially in the mornings. The hot water was great, and the coffee was nice and strong. The only thing is the pillows. I usually bring my own and did not this time. You might want to upgrade.
Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was good. The desk worker Rebecca went above and beyond expectations to make sure we had a good stay.

The hotel in itself is very nice. Everyone I interacted with at the front desk was super friendly and helpful.The room was clean and very spacious. The pool was amazing being salt water with a slight current. I was just a bit disappointed that my key wouldn't open the pool area in the morning when I had planned to go for another swim.And the location is a bit of a way away from the airport with no public transport to get to the hotel. There is also not a lot to do around the area, but it was enough for a nice stroll and to get some food.

My room was large and beds very comfortable. Sadly other guests were lacking consideration! I had to request front desk to kindly ask the above guests to stop thumping around. I also had 3 night stay and never had house keeping. The bathroom floor on arrival had long dark hairs over the floor so clearly never vacuumed from last guest - towels and bedding clean and very tidy.

The manager was great but the room I wad put in was on the ground floor. I thought I was supposed to be upstairs. Around 3am I was awoken by people fighting. The facility is very dated. The pillows and sheet were grayish and yellow. Some of lights didn't work. Smell not great. Worried about bugs but never saw any. Bathtub chipped. Just realizing that you can not get a good hotel for under $100 . Everything is expensive nowadays. When I use to travel I chose Motel 6 a lot clean cheap place to sleep. I have tried 2 different Wyndham places in Wichita, KS both left a lot to desire. I am going to try Abnb fir next stay. I literally check in at Howard's and Johnson walk to Texas Roadhouse for dinner saw Marriott right between Howard's and Texas Roadhouse. Looked up rates just over $100Sorry there are no clean cheap hotels. Just needed a clean quiet place to lay my head down to get a good night sleep. This is a working stay. Want what is promised working TV, refrigerator that is on before I check in and/or works. Ironing board with pad not just cover plus iron. Microwave and a facility that smells good.Did not know Wyndham owes so many different hotels. In the old days Howard's and Johnson would be considered a Motel not hotel Very disappointed with both stays. Staff nice. Manager at Howard's great but I think I was put in the wrong room. She was specific about being upstairs do I wouldn't be disturb. I was running late Saturday morning so only briefly talked to her. I did inform her of incident because I believe items were broken in the room due to the women saying I am not paying for that. The fight was bad. I almost called the police because I thought she was being abused but I guess he was just cussing and throwing things. Sorry this is the 2nd bad review in 2 weeks. This week staying at hotel that cost over $100 for 1 night but the following it is Abnb.

Close to shops, coffee, gas station. Not in a nice area of town. In a run down neighborhood but the parking lot was semi gated and lots of cameras. Right off the freeway, lots of traffic. The facility needs some updating but it was clean. Staff mopping and cleaning, smelled like cleaning products. The room was fresh and clean. The breakfast was well stocked. The beds were very hard.

The hotel in itself is very nice. Everyone I interacted with at the front desk was super friendly and helpful.The room was clean and very spacious. The pool was amazing being salt water with a slight current. I was just a bit disappointed that my key wouldn't open the pool area in the morning when I had planned to go for another swim.And the location is a bit of a way away from the airport with no public transport to get to the hotel. There is also not a lot to do around the area, but it was enough for a nice stroll and to get some food.

Very nice hotel. I just wish I would’ve been notified before I paid that the pool was out of service! Then the receptionist canceled my order and completely neglected to tell me that she had finished. So I stood there waiting for 10 mins until she followed up with what we were doing.

It's a good Hotel. Staff was nice and helpful, the room was very big, maybe because I was in a special mobility room, but everything was clean, the bedroom was comfortable with good pillows and large workstation.

The ease of getting to the hotel from I35, the check-in staff were friendly and efficient, the room was large, the bed was exceptional, the sheets and pillows were awesome. The location was excellent. Next to excellent restaurants and the arena.

The hotel in itself is very nice. Everyone I interacted with at the front desk was super friendly and helpful.The room was clean and very spacious. The pool was amazing being salt water with a slight current. I was just a bit disappointed that my key wouldn't open the pool area in the morning when I had planned to go for another swim.And the location is a bit of a way away from the airport with no public transport to get to the hotel. There is also not a lot to do around the area, but it was enough for a nice stroll and to get some food.

We had a very nice room with a lovely view of the lake. Beds were very comfy and I loved having an extra pillow. Great location for our needs. Didn’t have breakfast there, though. It was cheaper to go elsewhere. But if we had been in a time crunch we might have eaten there for convenience sake.

Very nice hotel. I just wish I would’ve been notified before I paid that the pool was out of service! Then the receptionist canceled my order and completely neglected to tell me that she had finished. So I stood there waiting for 10 mins until she followed up with what we were doing.

This hotel was great! The room and hotel were beautiful. We really liked the water pressure in the shower and that there was a shower wand. The beds were actually comfortable, as compared to most hotels you go to. The staff was very friendly.
