I usually stay here because of the location and cleanliness
Very spacious, pretty clean and well equipped with kitchen utensils, plates and cups. They even had complimentary water bottles. I believe they were changing out old mattresses as I saw several old ones in the hallways.

Location being close to get to things if need be.
Gave us a room with one bed when we reserved 2 bed room. Staff was rude, they are condescending and the manager is twice as rude. They do what they want and they couldnt care less about their customers.
Location to what we needed to do was greawt.

The only thing I liked about the hotel was the location.
staff was very helpful even after 12am
Chose this hotel for location (near medical treatment) and cost was low. The accessible room lacked equipment needed in the bath. Very helpful and friendly staff quickly searched, located, and delivered what was needed!

Had room with 2 queen beds and a balcony. I stay here everything I am in Wichita. Staff are great! Hotel is clean.
The front desk. I had an issue with a hotel across the street canceling my room, and I was needing to jump on a Zoom call for work. She let me check in a little early & was able to get on. Wish I could give Hotel employee a 12 out of 10.
Maybe it was all unfortunate timing for me and this review, but I was not impressed at all. The only saving grace was how nice and hospitable the staff was. I had no needs outside of checking in n and out, so there wasn't much interaction.

Very nice hotel with no issues. Didn't spend much time there but it was what you would want in a hotel
The Maintenance Engineer is the best employee on the team at this location. I had several problems with my room due to plumbing and door access and he was the ONLY Staff Member who was concerned, professional and responsible for taking care of our issues.

Top Tips
- Book 30 to 60 days ahead for events at INTRUST Bank Arena or Wichita State University to avoid 1.3-2x rate increases on event nights. Central Wichita hotels fill quickly for major events, so secure your room early for a wider selection.
- Hotels in Old Town or Delano are within 0.5-1.0 miles of INTRUST Bank Arena, offering walkable access to dining and nightlife. Explore local venues such as River City Brewing Co. or the Warren Old Town Theatre to experience Wichita’s character.
- Downtown Wichita hotels often charge for parking, typically $15-18 per night. Confirm current parking fees before arrival, as this can add to your total nightly spend.
- April through June is peak tornado season in Kansas. Upon arrival, ask your hotel about severe-weather plans and designated shelter areas, as procedures and safe spots vary by property.
- Wichita Dwight D. Eisenhower National Airport (ICT) is 12-15 minutes by car from downtown, and several hotels provide airport shuttles. Using a hotel shuttle can eliminate the need for a rental car and lower your travel costs.
- Select hotels such as Drury include complimentary hot breakfast and evening reception, offsetting $15-25 per person per day for meals. Confirm amenity hours and specific offerings before your stay, as these can differ by season.
- Wichita public transit service ends before many late-night events conclude. Arrange rideshare or taxi service for returns after concerts; wait times in downtown typically range from 5 to 20 minutes during large events.
- For accessible rooms at historic downtown hotels, request written confirmation of features such as roll-in showers or minimum door widths (often at least 32 inches). Accessibility details vary by room, so verify specifics before arrival.
