Clean and proximity to restaurants and walking distance to shopping and restaurants.
Most of the town was within walkable distance. Sauna and steam room were a nice bonus and appeared clean. Front desk/checkin has an automatic coffee machine, making it easy and quick to get a coffee for the day.
The staff were friendly and helpful. The pool, hot tub, sauna, and steam room were great.

We booked our hotel room for 2 nights but we left early. All of us couldn?t sleep all night . Smells like something very bad. They mentioned they have hot spring water but the don?t . The mention they have spa it?s closed. Nothing activates.
The mineral pools and the front desk staff
Rooms were clean and very comfortable, unique 50th style vibe. Pools were clean and warm, spacious enough to allow for social distancing. Restaurant on Site is a plus as the location is at the edge of town.

Kind staff and excellent security.
One of the cleanest hotels I've ever stayed in
The staff was nice. I was with a group and we used the lobby couches to socialize. The staff also informed us of a grab and go bag we could sign up for since our race started before the breakfast opened.

All is so good
Staff upgraded my room and I had an infared sauna. Hot Springs pool was nice, but it had chlorine. There was a nice hydro massage and mineral bath soak as part of their offerings. The grounds were amazing and beautiful. They had bikes to ride around town.

Sadly, nothing was appealing abojtthis hotel! Very over rated is the first thing that comes to mind! For ---$ on a Wednesday night, super dissapointing. Not even enough room to accommodate vehicle in their parking lot! The 20 inch tv was a good laugh also
The staff was excellent! Very friendly and accommodating with our after hour check in. The location was perfect. We were able to walk to plenty of shops and restaurants. Shuttle service great to go back and forth to wineries.

The proximity to the spa
The Hot spring mineral pools are awesome. The grounds are lovely with beautiful flowers. There is a row of barbecues. The location is perfect one street over from downtown. Lots of parking, spa services. We love coming here every year. Staff is great.
- the location - right next to Calistoga's main downtown street - the overall vibe of the resort - friendly and mostly quiet for a romantic getaway - the beautifully kept grounds - had lovely, fall decorations. - the pools - both extremely relaxing

The most elegant Bed & Breakfast we have ever had the pleasure to stay in. The owners are friendly & offer an 'above & beyond' experience: gourmet breakfast, evenings by the fire pit, heated pool and infrared sauna, tennis court, and beautiful bedrooms.

Leaving after one night. If I could have found another hotel that late, we would have left. I liked the big No refundsÃÂ sign over the front desk! Ridiculous that you have this rated at 4 stars. It's the worst hotel I've ever been in.

Size and cleanliness of the room.
This hotel is really nice and has a spa and pool just across the way which guests have access to. We got a room with a courtyard view and it was quaint. They still use real keys for the doors. The continental breakfast in the morning was generous.

Really close to the venue we were attending (Luther Burbank) and the cleaning staff was so personable! I’ve stayed in lesser rooms and paid way more. We’re now looking at other artists to see at Luther Burbank because we found a great place stay.

The best things about this hotel was the bed it was extremely comfortable and the breakfast was good. Everything was very clean and all staff were very nice!
The whole operation was more "together" than I'd expected.
Nothing, worse stay of my life, the staff was rude and disrespectful, and the general manager was so disrespectful and made me so upset I cried straight for 3 hours?
