- The front desk was very polite / friendly and professional. I like that the room entry was inside opening into the hallway. When I couldn't make the TV work, the desk clerk came right to the room to fix it. I love having q sink in the room. Made life much easier.
- Convenient location, comfortable bed.
- Second time visiting, first time was perfect but second visit room, bed, towels were all dirty and improperly cleaned. Found bugs on bed.
Cons -
- The free breakfast was out of food 45 minutes in. Disappointing. But the food was good. The inn was conveniently located but a walk after dark to the grocery store a block and a half away was spooky.
- It had cold, fake hardwood floors, instead of carpeting.
- Visitors improperly parked which leads to no parking for other visitors.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Plenty of outlets for charging/powering devices. Free breakfast was pretty decent. I was always able to get a good night's sleep without issue.
Mostly minor complaints. Bed springs were a bit noisy. Walls are thin so I could hear everything going on in the neighboring rooms (also made me feel like I had less privacy). The "fitness center" advertised on third-party sites wasn't up and running quite yet so I had to improvise a workout routine.
