Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A valid credit card is required to guarantee the reservation. Maximum Room Occupancy: Maximum (2) two adults per room occupancy. No Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed in the hotel. A $300.00 cleaning fee will be assessed if management determines that a pet is or has been in the room. No Smoking Policy: Wydown Hotel is a nonsmoking establishment. A $300.00 cleaning fee will be assessed for any detection that a guest is or has been smoking within the building. Incidental Charges: Any incidental charges will be charged directly to the guest upon discovery of any damages to the property by guest or visitors upon check out. Cancelations or changes must be received no later than 4:00 pm (PST) 72 hours before the arrival date to avoid a penalty equal to 100% of stay including tax in the room category booked. Any non-arrivals will be charged an amount equal to 100% of the stay including tax in the room category booked. Amenities Fee of US$25 per night is not included in rates and will be collected at the property.
