Nothing no ice, it was a live in hotel peoples items were evverywhere. there was no ac in the lobby which the ceiling was in pieces. Pillows were flat asked for new pillows the maid walked into our room to give us the pillows cause the door lock did not

There was only one bed for my daughter and I, which is fine, but still you want your space if they were unable to accommodate it, even though I booked almost a month in advance, we had consistent gnats and had to throw our food away and we had roaches.

The hotel was very clean and it did not have any bedbug issues. The room that I had comes complete with a microwave, stove top and a small fridge. I only saw one small roach but other than that the room was awesome! They really take good care

Has a rain shower with shower wand. The bathroom is really nice and has a Dyson hair dryer. Nice lighting system in the bedroom. And love the beach look with tasteful colors. Has a great roof top pool with the sounds of the ocean.
The hospitality was amazing! I was a little testy just because I was unaware about the 50.00 per night valet parking that we had to do. They were very patient with me and apologetic which made me realize that it?s not their vault they don?t make the rules

Our room never got new towels ,also the breakfast seem hard potatoes and biscuits were like rocks we called about pool before we got there to see not open

The staff were extremely friendly especially the maid on the 3rd floor.
Spoke with the front desk manager and he was very polite and seemed concerned about the reported mold and rust all over in the room and horrible smell in hallway and in our room.
