The hospitality was amazing! I was a little testy just because I was unaware about the 50.00 per night valet parking that we had to do. They were very patient with me and apologetic which made me realize that it?s not their vault they don?t make the rules
Patrice at the front desk was so pleasant at check in! The lobby and room was clean, modern and spacious.
Clean and architecturally pleasing.

Cons -

That mandatory 50.00 valet parking service.
No option to on-site self park - $65/day valet cost incld taxes was ridiculous especially in light of the almost 30 min wait for the car! The in-room coffee machine didn?t work making a coffee run (x3) necessary. Sun nite food: sub-par as was wait staff.
The Blossom, level 13 was supposed to be open at noon according to the information provided at check in. We left at 4:20 pm and still not open. Toilet was loud and ran for 15 min after flush. They ran out of tissues, so they did not refill the container.

Rooms are large and well appointed.

Hot water to the 12th floor was inconsistent.
