The location is excellent, the interior design elegant, and the staff extraordinarily helpful. (When, after my first night, I reported that I had trouble sleeping because of street noise, I was moved to a higher floor on the water side.)

The homeless people in the parking lot.
They are in the middle of a remodel and it looks like it will be nice when completed. That being said, the whole Delta Park/ PIR/ Expo center area is BAD, the homeless and crime have driven out business', We had to drive to Vancouver to get dinner....

Absolutely nothing! The hotel lobby and halls were filthy. Inside the room wasn't any better. There wasn't any staff on the property after 11pm until the next day at 10am, NO ONE! Ridiculous! There were shady people hanging out all over the place.unsafe!

I stayed in this Hotel for 6 nights, since I had to deal with business matters just 2 blocks away. Room was tidy and clean, definitely a "2-star" traveller's priced bargain. The larger sized A/C unit was adequately functional, though a bit noisy.
