- Cleanliness
- Convenience and ease of reaching our destination!
- The room was a very good value. We were too busy unfortunately to partake in the Continental Breakfast though.
Cons -
- Ice only on the fourth floor the machines were all broken on every other floor even the first floor was broken, and they only had two luggage carts with that many rooms they should’ve had at least 4 to 6 had to carry everything by hand. And it seemed like they ran out of everything in the breakfast area after asking the hostess.
- Breakfast is average, to say the least.
- During our packing up I found a silverfish in the bathtub whick I crushed and left on a tissue on the sink counter. I was able to tell the housekeeper about it and also the clerk at Check-Out , both said they were sorry I found it and thanked me for telling them ....

The breakfast was wonderful and good selection! It was very clean where the food was served and the employee was good with restocking the food and coffee and cleaning the tables. The room was clean. The bed was white and clean and very comfortable bed and pillow!! Very friendly, helpful front desk!! The front desk gave a nice greeting when we arrived and very efficient.
The carpet looked old and dark. The queen bed closest to the window needed a lamp. It was too dark to read there.
