- The location is excellent, the interior design elegant, and the staff extraordinarily helpful. (When, after my first night, I reported that I had trouble sleeping because of street noise, I was moved to a higher floor on the water side.)
- Hotel was clean, comfortable, great location. staff was cordial, helpful very accommodating. Very delightful stay. Would definitely stay again.
- WE love the waterfront views, staff is always friendly, and the Witness Tree Lounge is always amazing!!
Cons -
- Traffic noise and an activated car alarm at 2 AM reached the third floor "city view" room into which I was initially placed after asking for a quiet room. But my waterside room was much quieter and had a spectacular view.
- Did not like $45 valet charge per day. Thought it was excessive !
