- The location was a dream. The desk staff were very attentive and kind.

- Up charge for additional services, like late check out.
- Yes, there was an outside threat and law enforcement was involved. We were not given any info or alerted until we tried to leave. They should have alerted all patrons immediately. I was unable to retrieve my vehicle in the parking garage.
- Housekeeping not filling what they should in the rooms. For example I went to grab tissue paper and there was only one there and the lotion was empty as well. Plus the vending machine ate my money for water.
