The entire staff from the time we checked in was great were very helpful to me at the front desk I will be there again in the future

There was little furniture. No dresser, No chairs or love seat. No phone. We chose Red Roof because we were traveling with our dog. Elevator was broken and I had to carry luggage and dog's kennel up one flight of stairs (I'm 78 years old). Awful!

Upon initially arrival we had to request another room. The first room and no working electricity and the floor was sticky (ewwww). Our room exchange worked out much better but odd little things took away from the experience.

They didnÂ¿t have a lot of things like ice snacks only 1 washing machine working they claim they only clean the rooms every 7 days they werenÂ¿t very helpful and if they had anything it was broken

My experience changed drastically once staff put me in a non-smoking room to the back of the building. It was quiet and the room & linen was super clean compared to the smoking side. If you book for nonsmoking just make sure to clarify at checkin.

I was so disappointed this time because my room smelled awful and I seen 4 roaches in there I told the clerk and nothing was done I was very upset because I stay there all the time and they didn't do nothing for me
