- Staff made sure we happy with our room
- The water in our room intermittently wouldn?t work. When it did work, sometimes it would get hot, others it wouldn?t heat up at all.
- The TV in the bedroom did not work. The front desk clerk was very quick to try to fix it. There was a dental retainer on the bathroom shelf, there were empty water bottles on the night stand. I brought this to the attention of the clerk.
