- Cleanliness of rooms
- Dirty and needs to be redone. Minimal supplies. Ran out of toilet paper. Desk chair ripped needed to use a towel over it to sit on it

- The staff said they was accommodating me with another room but they didn't book anything under my name my brother booked two rooms on his card and paid for it so how was they accommodating me
