Location right off Rt. 81, large Mall right across the street with stores and places to eat, great staff, clean rooms and great beds.
Comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. Controlling the temperature seemed to be a challenge.

friendly helpful staff who went the extra mile to help out half a dozen cyclists who were taking showers in our room at the end of a week-long cycling trip (extra towels, etc).
Breakfast
The front desk clerk was very accommodating. Very pleasant young man.

The room was surprisingly clean and well equipped.
Very nice helpful staff. Quiet older hotel with solid doors and walls. Slept very well. Breakfast was good. Biscuits and sausage gravy was a little to0 salty. Yogurt, and coffee were good. Simple check in and check out. Close to a good McDonalds.
For the price point, this is an excellent option.

Comfort and cleanliness
Rooms are chic and well furnished. Bathrobes, real china cups for the coffee maker, rainfall shower head, upscale toiletries and a great casino. The hotel is brand new so everything is in great shape.
Brand new hotel that was beautiful

The hotel is great and had a Modern touched to it. It was in a great location. We were able to walk to all attractions in the town.
Location and renovation was beautiful. Walking distance to several breweries and restaurants.
Staff is so kind and very welcoming. Rooms are a dream. Beds as well. Breakfast was so yummy an the service impeccable. I stay here everytime I visit my college son. I have yet to go to the rooftop!! In April!!

Nothing. The hotel is less than one star on every category. You couldn't understand the front desk man that yells out a window, no not that door. You had three or four Iranians living in a room and a convenient stoevon otherside. Hardly any TV service.
Clean No bug's Close to everything
Location close to Hard Rock Casino.

Just the price and now I see why it was a horrible experience. Even the staff members expressed how horrible the places how terrible is to work there and they apologize, but they know exactly how it is and more than understood why I would never return.
The staff and location were good
The proximity to the interstate.

It had a modern look and feel and the bed and pillows were very nice. It's very hard to find good pillows when traveling. The bathroom and shower area was very nice also. A lot of facilities do the upgrades but they still have a "used" look to them.
The location was great - close to restaurants, gas stations, and right off the highway.
Lobby area was nice.
