The room had carpet on the sides of the bed and then tile and the rest of the floor. I'd take a nap with my shoes still on hanging over the bed and after I woke up I took my shoes off and stepped in the carpet and my socks were black and soaking wet

The people working there were so friendly, accommodating, professional, respectful, helpful.
Almost everything was on point !
It's overall a great location for being in an industrial area of the city. Easy on off for the freeway. It's an enclosed parking lot and they have a security guard at night, so I felt the car was pretty safe. The snacks in the machines weren't overpriced.

The staff went over and beyond to accommodate my mother and I.
Cleanliness
I did like the esthetics and the look of the lobby. The waterfall was a nice touch and the restroom in the lobby was pretty clean.
