Room was relatively clean.
After check in. We were asked to provide ID for everyone in room including my children! We have never been asked to provide id's. Manager was rude and dismissive when ask why she was requesting. She stated it was the cities policy. (Not true)

Hard to find the office- entrance seemed tucked behind a column.

The room itself was clean.
There was a lamp that didn't work next to the bed and when I called the front desk they said they couldn't do anything about it until Monday (I was checking out on Sunday). It was probably just a light bulb which should have been immediately replaced or replace the lamp. Either would not require a maintenance man. The hall ways were very grubby. There was a lot of noise but did die down by 10 p.m.

Clean room, housekeeping in room exceptional
No lift, carrying my bags up three flights, first room refrigerator broken and smelly carpet. second room air conditioning non-functional, Third room air conditioning not cooling but by then I didn’t care for an extended stay room there was no coffee pot no utensils no dishes. Would not recommend. In a good area but multiple places to stay nearby.

The location was great, very centrally located. Usually I need to see a chiropractor after I sleep in a hotel bed but this bed and the pillows were perfect and we were there for 2 weeks! The staff were super nice -asking if there was anything we needed and yet letting you just be without too much hovering. Very nice and good value

In serious need of update, holes in walls, a/c didnt work, smells horrible..

A valid credit card is required at check-in for payment; cash is not accepted. Smoking in nonsmoking units will incur an additional charge of USD 250. A uniform policy across a standard security deposit of USD 100 for every check-in requires all guests to provide this deposit, and refunds are to be issued after checkout.
