Location was great
Not that clean, a lot of stuff not working like elevator, heat, refrigerator, no extra towels ( only 2 towels for 3 days and no extra available)

Was a great location right in the heart of downtown.
Parking. Had to pay for parking at a none hotel lot. They gave me a ticket saying I didn’t pay but I did. Had to jump through hoops to get it taken care of. Nothing the hotel could have done, but would be nice if there is a parking lot managed by the hotel.

The hotel accommodated the Anime convention. The maintenance man brought towels to the pool. Staff was polite and agreed to switch us to a different room because the AC was not working in our original room. Both rooms, the bathroom and bedding appeared clean other than some light stains on sheets and despite other problems with appearance and functionality throughout the hotel. Staff was nice. Convention center seemed nice.
Front doors to the lobby needed cleaned and were janky in operation. Carpets throughout lobby had stains and need cleaned. Key card didn't work to open our room. AC wasn't working in original room. The room we were moved to had a continuous leaking sound with the toilet and an unpleasant odor. Door to 2nd room was hard to open and close due to damage. No complimentary breakfast, snacks or drinks offered.

EASY CHECK IN, ROOM WAS VERY SPACIOUS AND IT WAS CLEAN, BED WAS VERY COMFY AND SOFT, THE SWIMMING AREA WAS NICE AND CLEAN
ONLY COMPLAINT I WOULD HAVE WAS THE SHOWER KNOB WAS VERY HARD TO TURN ON AND IT SEEMED LIKE IT WAS LOOSE SO WE HAD TO HOLD THE WALL PLATE AND PULL HARD

Hotel was doing renovations so a lot of things were not working. The breakfast area was also closed due to the renovations. My room was clean and bathroom was clean and staff was nice.

Great location. Beds were comfortable, and room was clean
No breakfast/ the restaurant was under construction so very disappointing as it's one of the reasons we stayed here was to get up and have breakfast taken care of.

The location was great!
One out of 3 elevators works, found the largest cockroach in one of the rooms and the toilet seat was to small for the toilet ( so weird)

Location was wonderful
Room wasn’t cleaned very well, several areas of the room were in disrepair, two of the three elevators were broken, hallways smelled of weed at times, children running down the halls after “quiet time”, no cable tv in the room
