- Front desk staff, very judgemental, rude, think they're better than others, lied about the deposit and after a month still haven't received the deposit.

- Was unable to work thermostat. Room was a little chilly.

The room

Proximity to Busch Stadium. Old Shell Building.
The parking situation was deplorable. The app & the city readers did not match. I got a ticket when I still had time on the meter. It was worked out, but it was something I shouldn't have had to do on my trip. We also had an issue with theft with a maid.
