We didn't want to be in the heart of the city. The inn is minutes from everything so it was a great choice. Crystal is a gracious host assisting us with our visit in many ways. The Inn was as advertised. We really enjoyed our stay and will return.

Despite being on a fairly major roadway, the room was remarkably quiet. Location was easy to access from every angle of the city as well. Lots of nice secure parking spots.

Very clean, quiet, and the restaurant downstairs was a nice touch. Bed was super comfortable and the tub was nice and deep for soaking. TV¿s had chromecast which made for easy use of the TVs with Netflix and YouTube. Wireless charger and lots of plugs.

The location was phenomenal, only a 5-minute walk from English Bay, which is a magnificent place to watch the sunset! It was also a 5-minute walk from Denman street and about 10-minutes from Robson street, where there are tons of places to eat.

The location in the city was excellent. We arrived 3 hours early prior to required check in and our room was ready. It was nice to unpack our items and explore the city. Our room was super clean and was a corner room that had a beautiful view of the city.

I called the hotel ahead of time and asked if both rooms that I had booked could be on the same floor and as close to each other as possible . The 2 rooms were on the same floor with only one room between them.
Room decor and quality was great. The do not disturb light instead of the door hanger is perfect. Bed was good. Heated bathroom floor was nice.

The location was the best part, but having access to the hot tub, steam room, and sometimes the pool (as there are times when there is no access to any of the lanes in the pool) was lovely for starting or ending our day.

Glass wall in bathroom was clean. Edges and corners in the bathroom was clean. I didn't see hair from previous customer. The ocean view. The access to the parking area with elevator was convenient. Also, Quey Market is close. I had a nice and quiet stay.

So much room. Separate sitting room with table and couch and chairs. Own kitchen. Old style house in apartment. Loved the elevator. Very Romantic and sexy place.
