- It was quiet, clean, and affordable
- Staff was very helpful and very good. Rooms were clean. It meets our expectations

Cons -
- The room was over priced and not that clean. Shower operation should have been mentioned on arrival since majority of customers complained about the operation.
- The location is terrible, worst part of Surrey. Very expensive for what it is.
- Sticky spot on the rug that I had to peel my shoe off. Breakfast was all carbs except for sausage. Staff wouldn't let me take food to my room. Was too far from Vancouver.
