Perfect location for work and fun and great service (we arrived by car on a busy day without any notice and still had impeccable valet service). This was our third stay, so clearly we like it. The rooms are a very comfortable size, elegant but cozy, and although the intersection can get quite busy, no noise will disrupt your sleep.

I've stayed here a few times and it never fails to impress. The staff is attentive, available, helpful and welcoming. It makes a big difference to be greeted by someone who seems to actually care that you walked through the door. The rooms are spacious, well appointed and who doesn't love the audio turn tables. We always listen to one or two classic albums when we stay here. The breakfast is the best buffet hotel breakfast around. Lots of variety, high quality (for a hotel breakfast) and really friendly making omelettes, serving you, etc. 24-hour nitro brew coffee is a lovely bonus. Some of the best restaurants in the city (in my opinion) are located in the immediate vicinity. Including the in-house Hojoko with excellent sushi and some of the best cocktails around.

The location was phenomenal for accessing transit, restaurants, shopping, and tourist attractions.
We love the location and we go for the proximity to the Boston Commons and the lights. The restaurants that are around the restaurant. It is just a great location. The valet staff is great and we plan on going back next year or maybe find something else to do in the city for a two or 3 night experience.
Fantastic location, close to Park Street Station and Newbury Street. Clean, spacious, quiet room; excellent restaurant next door (access through hotel); professional staff; great value. I'll stay here again.

Spacious room good for self catering too and coffee facilities in room. Nice gym, very friendly staff, amazing view from the top and hotel of a reasonable size rather than a hotel-factory. Great location.

Beautiful brown brick building with beautifully decorated interior, located on gorgeous Charles St in the beautiful neighborhood of beacon Hill. Comfy king bed and fairly spacious bedroom. Wonderful complimentary toiletries in the bathroom and plenty of plush towels. Room overlooking the inner courtyard which was nice and quiet. Complimentary coffee in room, ice,crispy apples, sodas and cookies freely available in the corridor . Friendly staff.

Great location. Comfortable rooms
Great location. Room was modern, clean and comfortable. The bed and pillows were very comfy. I liked having environmentally friendly shampoo/soap/conditioner dispensers in the shower. The gym was awesome with lots of equipment available including peletons. There is a pool and steam room (which we didn't use), coffee, waters and fruit available, a recovery room and very friendly staff at the gym too. Parking was super easy (although we couldn't find the charging stations).
Great location - so accessible to all parts of the City.

Location was very convenient and the area was great
Staff were so helpful and friendly. Our room was a really good size and was cleaned everyday with fresh towels.
The hotel was modern considering how old it is, clean, and the bed was comfortable. Great location, right next to Fenway Park and a subway station. They did offer free coffee/tea in the morning, but no breakfast options whatsoever. Fortunately, there was a Dunkin' Donuts and a 7-Eleven right next door. Impossible to find parking nearby, which makes it so you have to go for the ridiculously expensive Valet Parking if you have a car.

Great location. Room was modern, clean and comfortable. The bed and pillows were very comfy. I liked having environmentally friendly shampoo/soap/conditioner dispensers in the shower. The gym was awesome with lots of equipment available including peletons. There is a pool and steam room (which we didn't use), coffee, waters and fruit available, a recovery room and very friendly staff at the gym too. Parking was super easy (although we couldn't find the charging stations).

Perfect location for work and fun and great service (we arrived by car on a busy day without any notice and still had impeccable valet service). This was our third stay, so clearly we like it. The rooms are a very comfortable size, elegant but cozy, and although the intersection can get quite busy, no noise will disrupt your sleep.

The location was perfect for us. The staff was fantastic all the way around. From the bellmen to the front desk to the concierge to the housekeeping staff, everyone was absolutely first rate and top notch.

I've stayed here a few times and it never fails to impress. The staff is attentive, available, helpful and welcoming. It makes a big difference to be greeted by someone who seems to actually care that you walked through the door. The rooms are spacious, well appointed and who doesn't love the audio turn tables. We always listen to one or two classic albums when we stay here. The breakfast is the best buffet hotel breakfast around. Lots of variety, high quality (for a hotel breakfast) and really friendly making omelettes, serving you, etc. 24-hour nitro brew coffee is a lovely bonus. Some of the best restaurants in the city (in my opinion) are located in the immediate vicinity. Including the in-house Hojoko with excellent sushi and some of the best cocktails around.

Very cozy little place. Charming. Feels very Boston and almost like a brownstone but bigger. My room had a great little kitchen(ette?), was plenty spacious, and a very comfortable bed. Staff was incredibly helpful.

Beautiful brown brick building with beautifully decorated interior, located on gorgeous Charles St in the beautiful neighborhood of beacon Hill. Comfy king bed and fairly spacious bedroom. Wonderful complimentary toiletries in the bathroom and plenty of plush towels. Room overlooking the inner courtyard which was nice and quiet. Complimentary coffee in room, ice,crispy apples, sodas and cookies freely available in the corridor . Friendly staff.

Beautiful hotel with excellent service and staff. They made us feel so special (especially the kids) with extra amenities and treatment. The location was fantastic, the rooms were beautiful, quiet and comfortable, and the extras like cookies in the room for the kids, the house car, the fantastic recommendations and reservations from concierge etc are why we keep coming back to Four Seasons.
Beautiful hotel. Super comfortable room, big bed and bathroom, amazing à la carte breakfast. I got to try some of the main dishes, and they were delicious. The staff was very friendly, and they helped me with everything. Love how quiet it was, despite being very busy with a lot of guess.

We love the location and we go for the proximity to the Boston Commons and the lights. The restaurants that are around the restaurant. It is just a great location. The valet staff is great and we plan on going back next year or maybe find something else to do in the city for a two or 3 night experience.

Beautiful brown brick building with beautifully decorated interior, located on gorgeous Charles St in the beautiful neighborhood of beacon Hill. Comfy king bed and fairly spacious bedroom. Wonderful complimentary toiletries in the bathroom and plenty of plush towels. Room overlooking the inner courtyard which was nice and quiet. Complimentary coffee in room, ice,crispy apples, sodas and cookies freely available in the corridor . Friendly staff.

I've stayed here a few times and it never fails to impress. The staff is attentive, available, helpful and welcoming. It makes a big difference to be greeted by someone who seems to actually care that you walked through the door. The rooms are spacious, well appointed and who doesn't love the audio turn tables. We always listen to one or two classic albums when we stay here. The breakfast is the best buffet hotel breakfast around. Lots of variety, high quality (for a hotel breakfast) and really friendly making omelettes, serving you, etc. 24-hour nitro brew coffee is a lovely bonus. Very cozy little place. Charming. Feels very Boston and almost like a brownstone but bigger. My room had a great little kitchen(ette?), was plenty spacious, and a very comfortable bed. Staff was incredibly helpful.

I absolutely love the seaport location . The Metro is not near, however there is much to do in the area. You can get to the silver line which will connect you to other lines on the metro. The restaurants, the water,museums, shopping- everything is convenient!Check-in and checkout were seamless. Starbucks conveniently located in the lobby for those that drink coffee.If needed, rental cars are nearby. Underground parking was plentiful, although pricey. The hotel is comfortable -it is Marriott quality and consistency, staff = superb

I've stayed here a few times and it never fails to impress. The staff is attentive, available, helpful and welcoming. It makes a big difference to be greeted by someone who seems to actually care that you walked through the door. The rooms are spacious, well appointed and who doesn't love the audio turn tables. We always listen to one or two classic albums when we stay here. The breakfast is the best buffet hotel breakfast around. Lots of variety, high quality (for a hotel breakfast) and really friendly making omelettes, serving you, etc. 24-hour nitro brew coffee is a lovely bonus. Some of the best restaurants in the city (in my opinion) are located in the immediate vicinity. Including the in-house Hojoko with excellent sushi and some of the best cocktails around.

Beautiful brown brick building with beautifully decorated interior, located on gorgeous Charles St in the beautiful neighborhood of beacon Hill. Comfy king bed and fairly spacious bedroom. Wonderful complimentary toiletries in the bathroom and plenty of plush towels. Room overlooking the inner courtyard which was nice and quiet. Complimentary coffee in room, ice,crispy apples, sodas and cookies freely available in the corridor . Friendly staff.

Great location. Room was modern, clean and comfortable. The bed and pillows were very comfy. I liked having environmentally friendly shampoo/soap/conditioner dispensers in the shower. The gym was awesome with lots of equipment available including peletons. There is a pool and steam room (which we didn't use), coffee, waters and fruit available, a recovery room and very friendly staff at the gym too. Parking was super easy (although we couldn't find the charging stations).

Perfect location for work and fun and great service (we arrived by car on a busy day without any notice and still had impeccable valet service). This was our third stay, so clearly we like it. The rooms are a very comfortable size, elegant but cozy, and although the intersection can get quite busy, no noise will disrupt your sleep.

Staff were so helpful and friendly. Our room was a really good size and was cleaned everyday with fresh towels.
The hotel was modern considering how old it is, clean, and the bed was comfortable. Great location, right next to Fenway Park and a subway station. They did offer free coffee/tea in the morning, but no breakfast options whatsoever. Fortunately, there was a Dunkin' Donuts and a 7-Eleven right next door. Impossible to find parking nearby, which makes it so you have to go for the ridiculously expensive Valet Parking if you have a car.

The Hyatt exceeded my expectations. I haven't traveled in a while due to a death in my family. I called Michael the Manager the day of arrival. It was only for 1 night. He went above and beyond for me. The staff are all amazing and friendly. They too, go above and beyond. The location of this hotel, cannot be beat! It is located directly on the harbor, it has stunning rooms and a rooftop deck. The entire stay was incredible. Again, Michael in Management made me a lifetime Hyatt member! Hotel was in a great location. I was in town for a concert and the venue was within a short walking distance. It’s also close to Fenway, good food, and easy access to anything you would want to do in Boston. Lobby was really nice and the rooms are very spacious.
The staff were friendly, accommodating, kind, and attentive. Literally some of the best customer service I’ve ever received in a long time. Great location. Lots of amenities. Reasonably priced. Parking was a bit expensive at $70 but it was valet.

Beautiful hotel with excellent service and staff. They made us feel so special (especially the kids) with extra amenities and treatment. The location was fantastic, the rooms were beautiful, quiet and comfortable, and the extras like cookies in the room for the kids, the house car, the fantastic recommendations and reservations from concierge etc are why we keep coming back to Four Seasons.
