outrageous parking fee at $69 per night! we would not return with such ridiculous charges.
Everything. There were no accommodations and a lack of customer support, and they tried to convince me to stay in a shabby hotel that I had not purchased. The manager had to suggest a better room.
The peloton in the fitness center was broken. I stayed in two Hilton, two days in a row. One was in NYC and the other in Boston. The peloton a were broken in both of them. This was disappointing.
