Staying at CitizenM was a different new hotel experience for me. Although some previous customer reviews see the smallness of the room as a negative, I loved the its efficient and thoughtful use of space. I also loved the spacious common areas.

Loved the rooftop pool!! Loved the free drinks/snacks just wished I could have gotten a cold water after 4pm when they closed. My son went out for a 6 mile run and he was greeted by Norman who gave him a towel and water; extra nice touch!!
