Nothing at all
The breakfast was great. The staff worked so hard to make sure everything was clean around the breakfast station. Only thing, the chocolate milk, although in date, was soured on the first day. The staff was very friendly and responsive to all requests.

Top Tips
- Major spring events like Walmart’s Annual Shareholders Meeting and the Bentonville Film Festival often cause hotels to sell out 6 to 12 weeks in advance. Book early for these dates to secure central lodging and avoid last-minute price increases.
- Staying downtown puts you within 2 miles (under 3.2 km) of Crystal Bridges Museum and Bentonville Square, reducing car trips and allowing you to explore the arts district and dining on foot. Compare rates for downtown hotels to maximize walkability and time savings.
- If you’re mountain biking at Coler Mountain Bike Preserve, verify your hotel offers secure bike storage and check on shuttle options. Many properties in Bentonville cater to cyclists due to the city’s growing trail network.
- Chain hotels along Walton Blvd/I-49 often offer lower nightly rates and free parking compared to boutique downtown hotels, where parking may add $15 to $25 per day. Review your total costs, including parking and amenity fees, before booking.
- General admission at Crystal Bridges Museum is free, so you can spread visits over several days without extra cost. Use this flexibility to prioritize hotel value over immediate museum proximity if desired.
- July temperatures in Bentonville can reach 90°F (32°C) with high humidity. Confirm your room’s air conditioning is fully functional, and request a room away from outdoor HVAC units if you’re sensitive to noise.
- Downtown boutique hotels may have limited onsite parking with valet or self-parking fees, while on-street parking usually has time limits. Check your hotel's parking policy in advance to avoid unexpected charges or fines.
- The drive from Northwest Arkansas Regional Airport (XNA) to downtown Bentonville takes 18 to 25 minutes, depending on traffic. Plan for this transit time when arranging arrivals and departures, especially for early or late flights.
