They were overbooked & gave us the Spa Tower King Hospitality 2 bathroom Suite, which was a huge blessing due to our Mema passing away about a month ago at 93, the Manager went above and beyond & she didn't know how much my twin & I needed it.
We went to visit my son and the hotel is only 10 minutes from him. It is close to shopping, restaurants, the theater and entertainment.

We were traveling with a 13 yr old grandchild. There was a lot to entertain her right at the hotel, so we didn't have to find things to keep her busy all of the time.
The staff were wonderful! So friendly. My room wasn¿t ready at the check in time. They weee very apologetic, contacted housekeeping to determine a time it would be ready, gave me a voucher for $5 off breakfast and 2 bottles of water.

The breakfast was great. The staff worked so hard to make sure everything was clean around the breakfast station. Only thing, the chocolate milk, although in date, was soured on the first day. The staff was very friendly and responsive to all requests.

Hotel was fine, it's a Doubletree, they have a standard and keep to it.
The staff was superb. I enjoyed the whole experience for the most part, the front desk personnel were fabulous
