The room was good but the hotel charged fees upon arrival & that is wrong. Don't allow added fees that I did not agree to when I reserved my room. Their doing that tells me that Hyatt has no integrity? This leads to a distrust of large corporations.

The beautiful design. The elevator waiting area tile is beautiful, the carpet was gorgeous, and the plants at the reception area were thriving. All-in-all an extremely well kept establishment.

Nothing. The attendant took us to see the room before honoring the reservation so that we could see that the hotel had a roach problem. I?m sure it was more important than we see that it was a transient place perhaps housing drug addiction persons.

Comfortable-enough room with good appointments
I didn?t care for the hotel at all. The photos are very Misleading I thought it was going to be a newer, clean, nice hotel. It was an old hotel that they somewhat tried to renovate and did a poor job and it was a dirtiest hotel I?ve ever stayed at.
